What we do each month
Core, theme and plugin updates
Applied on a staging copy first, checked, then pushed live. An update that silently breaks your checkout is worse than the one you skipped.
Off-site backups, verified
Daily backups stored away from the server, with a restore actually tested — because an untested backup is a rumour, not a backup.
Uptime and integrity monitoring
We watch for the site going down, for file changes you did not make, and for the search-result symptoms that show up before you notice anything.
Vulnerability watch
When a plugin you run gets a disclosed vulnerability, we know before the scanners do and patch or replace it.
A monthly report you can read
What was updated, what was blocked, what needs a decision from you. One page, no dashboards to log into.
Priority response
If something does happen while you are on the plan, you go to the front of the queue.

Get the site clean first. A maintenance plan on top of an active infection is just paying to monitor a problem you already have. Start with malware removal , then move onto a plan once it is verifiably clean.
